6 Nov 2009Well, it was the first week of the BigRigg Challenge, and I weighed in this morning. Here are the results:
Maybe I should not have had Taco Bell for dinner the other night. In fact, there are a few areas I can pinpoint that might have led to a small number as my loss. I did jog twice, which of course is always good.
So, I lost 1.2 pounds. I am cool with that because hey, it’s a loss. Maybe I can double that number next week. Here are my stats:
