Well, the losing streak is over.  And in this challenge, that is not a good thing!

So I’m up 2 pounds.  And to top things off, I strained my foot during my jog Friday, so I am limping right now.  I hope I heal soon so I can get back into the swing of things!

  • Starting weight: 289.0
  • Last’s week’s weight: 266.0
  • Today’s weigh-in weight:  268.0
  • Today’s weight loss/gain: +2  pounds
  • TOTAL +/-: -21 pounds

Remember, if you want to take part in the RagamuffinTop Challenge, go here to read all about the details.  Basically, you set a goal and post the results weekly.  The best part is that the entire world is your accountability partner!

  • Hey, we all are entitled to temporary Mexican insanity, right?
Weeks like this call for looking at the big picture....YOU'VE LOST 21 FREAKIN POUNDS!!
Great job! Hope your foot allows you to accomplish your goals this week!!
    Best of luck!

  • This is the perfect reason not to use weight as your measuring stick. No one on this earth completely understands how the body really works and the cycles that we go through week by week. I have put on a couple of pounds in the last couple of weeks and I am limiting my calorie intake AND running about 30 miles a week.

You HAVE had a lifestyle change...not to mention the 21 pounds. You have to remember that muscle does weigh mmore than fat...it is more dense.

  • that's true about the muscle vs fat. I guess I'm disappointed because at least for this first goal, it's measured by weight. I'm so close, but that also just means that this week and next will hopefully be that much better.
