Posterous users... if you post via the web, can you add pictures, movies, etc?

So basically, gmail is my blog editor if I use Posterous. I can insert inline images all throughout the post, and that is really all I need

Go to College Online
Now is the time to return to school. Take advantage during these economic times by enrolling in an online university.

Have you ever opened up your Twitter only to see that someone has posted 20 things in the last 5 minutes? It’s really annoying! Well, now you can choose to “snooze” someone if they do that. With TwitterSnooze!, you can sort of “block” someone temporarily from having their Tweetsa show up in your Twitter feed.

Say for example, I was at a conference and I was Twittering every update. If you could care less about that, you could snooze me for “X” amount of days. After that time had passed, my tweets would resume showing up in your Twitter feed.

The only thing is that once the snooze time expires, I think the person you snoozed gets an email saying that you are following them again. But other than that, it looks pretty cool.

  • hey, that's a great idea for an invention. It would be nice if I could make some people just stop talking for a certain period of time.

  • I agree. Some people tend to update WAY too much, but I don't want to befriend them. They need a way to maybe decrease the number of updates.

  • This is an interesting idea. I'm glad you mentioned the "is now following you" problem, as that would be enough to detract me (not that I even have anybody to use this on anyway). I would love it if Twitter would develop an option for me to consolidate the tweets of certain people I follow and chose how often I get a summary tweet. Some guy who posts 80 things a day, maybe I just want to get a long tweet of them 3 or 4 times a day.
